We felt very welcomed by the staff and had great, personable service throughout the evening . Food and wine was excellent. Pasta cooked to perfection. Excellent high-quality ingredients. Can highly recommend this restaurant.
Very classy, upscale place. Great patio and beautiful inside. We had meat balls, pasta, tartar, rack of lamb and very good wine. Our server, Alex was so knowledgeable and attentive. Love background music and lighting at the patio.
Lovely setting with professional but warm staff. We were greeted by Alex. The menu is appealing, the wine list good and the food delicious. An immediate sign of quality is the Giusti balsamic on the table. We enjoyed a Mazara prawn tartare each, the cotoletta, salad and a delicious zabaglione cooked by Alex at the table . The wild strawberries were nice but the addition of a generous amount of chocolate was a step too far as really we just wanted to enjoyed the excellent texture and flavour of the zabaglione.
Just got back.to the hotel x So glad my.lovely receptionist at AH Collezione brera recommended the restaurant and made the reservation. The food quality was top tier & the servers were so delightful. Made our trip to Milan & will visit your location in London next time we are there
We had an amazing experience at Taverna Trastevere in Milan. As a starter, we ordered focaccia with ham and ricotta, which was absolutely delicious. For the main course, we chose pumpkin risotto and pasta in tomato sauce with pork cheeks. The risotto was very good, but unfortunately my pasta was much fattier than I expected. Because of that, I couldn’t finish the dish, even though the sauce itself tasted great. Most likely, it just wasn’t the best choice for a main course. For dessert, we tried traditional Roman buns with cream. They were very simple, yet incredibly delicious 😍 Overall, the experience at this restaurant was fantastic. The atmosphere and service were excellent, and the open kitchen—where dishes are prepared right in front of the guests—adds a special touch. Definitely a great place to visit in Milan.
