Overall amazing experience! We were seated fast and were able to order very quickly. I am celiac, so I was able to navigate the menu easily and they were very accommodating. They have gluten free soy sauce and multiple gluten free dishes. As a person who doesn’t normally enjoy fish, this was perfect and tasted wonderful. Cross-contamination is likely, but as with anywhere where you don’t prepare the dish, that is the case. We will be returning!
Beautiful and delicious restaurant! Very cool concept with chefs tables and good fusion of Japanese-Peruvian food. Chef Victor was very polite and a very good food storyteller. Definitely recommend.

Best handroll bar in milan! The food was amazing. The staff Santiago and Jonathan were really nice. The recommendation of the chef the nigiri of squid was the best!
The location is absolutely stunning — stepping inside truly feels like being in Japan. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with beautiful design details that really stand out, especially the wall covered in fabric and interspersed with light wooden slats. The food is exquisite: you can clearly see and taste that the fish is of top-quality, incredibly fresh and carefully selected. The flavor combinations are perfectly balanced and thoughtfully executed. A special mention goes to the squid nigiri (pictured), which was without a doubt my favorite — delicate, flavorful, and simply unforgettable. Highly recommended.
