What a delightful dinner! Exquisite and extraordinary experience. Attention to details in the plate and attentiveness to the customer in the room. Lots of creativity also in combinations of flavours I wasn’t expecting! The techniques and texture achieved were very delicate and impressive. It was peaceful and exciting at the same time. Thank you. (Bonus: There was a lot of bread left at the end which was packed neatly in a box to bring back home and continue the degustation over breakfast!)
