Is it a real ramen restaurant ? First of all, the food was good, the soup with noodlles was really tasty and the bao just great ! BUT, if you think coning here to eat "ramen", meaning, eating japanese ramen food, that's not the place ! Don't be confused this is not japanese food but more chinese food (which is why I give it 4 stars because I got "scammed" and thouggt thag I would eat Japanese food). I came for and expected good ramen based on the good ratings. I think it was mediocre at best, with the main focus being on hand-made noodles. The noodles were so long that they don't fit on the spoon and need to be cut in the broth. I didn't spot or taste any japanese ingredients in the ramen. The eggs were not ramen eggs, not soft boiled, very hard actually. The broth was like a thin, transparent soup and not the rich, savoury broth I like from the ramen I've had the pleasure to eat previously. I think the handmade noodles would be better fitting for Italian dishes.
I came here on vacation, and after trying bunca of Italian food, I absolutely love Asian cuisine too. This was one of the best ramens I’ve ever had, delicious food, excellent service, and such attentive, friendly staff.
