Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The service was careless, unprofessional, and showed a clear disregard for customers. The waiter served wine without showing the bottle or even informing us what wine was being served, which is unacceptable. The staff’s attitude towards customers was dismissive and indifferent, making us feel ignored rather than welcomed. The seafood quality was also poor – the shrimp were not cleaned properly, and the calamari were served cold. To make matters worse, the atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable instead of pleasant and inviting. Overall, the combination of poor service, lack of attention to customers, and disappointing food made this a very unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

During my Italy trip, I had a Margherita pizza here. It was delicious and beautifully prepared. The staff were friendly, attentive, and even humorous. We were very satisfied.
