We dined at Anima in July 2026. The staff were excellent and provided top level service. We had initially booked their tasting menu, but were talked down from that once the staff realised that our 3rd & 4th adults were teenagers who may not have coped with the 7 generous serves (and all the other little serves between)., which we were grateful for that advice. The sommelier was excellent, listened and provided well considered choices that we really enjoyed. We enjoyed the food, and think this restaurant deserves its Michelin star. We would dine here again without hesitation.
We tried the intensity menu and everything was delicious. The intensity menu doesn’t have all the courses mentioned, we had to trust them and order it, but would’ve been nice to get a small card with all the food we had on that same day so we remember what we ate 😄 service was also great. I’d definitely come back here 🤩

This was our wedding anniversary dinner and we were not disappointed ! Reception was great, food presentation was fantastic, tastes incredible. Definitely a place to go again, it is a true disconnection from the outside world and a focus on the great taste.
Anima restaurant truly delivered a dining experience worthy of its Michelin star. The atmosphere was one of refined elegance and the food was nothing short of extraordinary. The intensity menu demonstrated a fantastic range, showcasing both creativity and technical mastery. A special mention must go to the Chef! Their passion is evident in every plate, turning simple ingredients into sophisticated and deeply satisfying creations. The staff deserves a perfect 10. The service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, without ever being intrusive.
