We visited for lunch today and had the MENU UNDER 35, which included 5 courses, a welcome appetiser, some mignardises, 2 glasses of wine, and a bottle of water. The dishes were very tasty and refined. We particularly enjoyed the scallop, and the meat was exceptionally tender and soft. The atmosphere was lovely, and we also really appreciated the design of the restaurant. The staff accommodated my food restrictions very attentively, which I truly appreciated. The service was quite fast — everything flowed smoothly and we finished in just over an hour — though at times it felt a bit too quick to fully digest each course before the next one arrived. The only small point for improvement would be that some comments or guidance exchanged between the waiters could perhaps have been made more discreetly or privately. That said, we were very satisfied with the experience and grateful for this initiative. We would gladly recommend the experience.
