Has my best meal in Milan at this restaurant and everything form the start till the end was simply perfect. To start off, the salmon tartare with avocado was a wonderful combination and the buttery taste of the avocado just blended in so well with the salmon tartare and it was simply perfect to have for the heat wave. The pasta was beyond amazing and the clams were excellent! To end it off, the tiramisu was excellent!
I loved the food there. I had the clams pasta followed by sautéed octopus. The first was the best pasta dish I had ever, ever ever. The octopus was great too. Today I had the same two dishes at Bugande, another restaurant in Naviglio area by the canals. They food not match. I highly recommend Covivium.
Lunch here was good, but be aware that it gets quite crowded on weekends, especially during the peak lunch rush. You should definitely expect a wait for a table. Other than that, had a pleasant experience dining here.
