I visited Il Balda based on its strong reviews and my interest in trying their lasagna. While there were no major issues with the experience, several minor shortcomings affected the overall impression. We ordered four different drinks, and unfortunately, each one was served incorrectly. The food was satisfactory, and the lasagna had a pleasant flavor, though the portion size was smaller than expected. Pros: * Good value for money, particularly for Milan * Decent tiramisu Cons: * Service was somewhat inattentive * Multiple small errors during the meal * Atmosphere felt slightly rushed and stressful In summary, the experience was acceptable, but it did not fully meet the expectations set by the restaurant’s high ratings.
This is a restaurant with excellent service. The staff are very helpful and able to give great recommendations about the menu. The food is very delicious, and the steak is especially amazing. I highly recommend trying the steak because it tastes absolutely great.
Food is fresh and delicious ! And when we say fresh, the steak comes straight from the butcher, no frozen goods here. We enjoyed a great T-bone hosted by the amazing Jennifer. Highly recommended if you want tasty, quick and a venue next to the central station.
I visited Baldassarre Café in Milan and tried the cheese and tomato pizza. It was really nice, simple, well made, and full of flavour. The base was cooked perfectly and the ingredients tasted fresh, which made it really enjoyable. A great spot if you’re looking for quality Italian food done right.
