We had an amazing night out. The food was delicious. The staff was great and the owners are very warm and welcoming, which immediately gives you that personal touch. We took the 7 course menu and it was what you can expect. Original, sofisticated, pure of origin and prepared with passion and dedication. Alongside the menu there is a well structured wine list to accompany. With roughly 40 pages of options we found an unexpected Etna bianco that was just lovely. The restaurant is a true recommendation if you are in Milano.
Perfect! One of the best dining experiences of my life. Chef Eugenio Boer took us on a beautiful journey through the flavors of different regions of Italy. A special mention goes to the sommelier—the wine pairing was masterfully curated, with every glass perfectly complementing each course. An unforgettable evening.
Lunch at Bu:r di Eugenio Boer. A creative menu using top Italian products in a lovely dining room. And very enjoyable it was too. Some innovative dishes, I thought the risotto was both very interesting and a real flavour bomb. Service was perfect and it was fun chatting to Carlotta. Another excellent experience. Milano has some great restaurants.
