This place serves some of the most memorable pasta I’ve ever had. A true Italian gem that nails authenticity from start to finish (yes everything was handmade) 🍝✨ It’s a small, bustling spot with a long queue most of the time. The menu is relatively simple, but everything we ordered was executed beautifully. We ordered the Strozzapreti Alla Carbonara, Gnocchi con “Coda alla Vaccinara” & Ravioli Pomodori Freschi E Basilico. All was superb 👌🏻 Definitely give it a try when you’re at Milan! 😆🇮🇹
The line was not to bad, we waited about 25 minutes for a table. The line moved pretty quickly. The gnocchi Sorrento style was excellent. Sorry grandma's gnocchi always wins. My friend had the Strozzapreti with Gricia Style was also excellent. The staff were great. The atmosphere eating outside was really nice. I highly recommend eating here. You will not be disappointed.
We had one of the best pasta experiences ever. The carbonara, ravioli, and melanzane were absolutely beautiful—each dish was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. We were celebrating my nonna’s birthday, and the team made it truly special. The waiter brought out a tiramisu with a candle and even sang “Tanti Auguri” for her—she was so happy, it really meant a lot to us. The service was beyond perfect. Our waiter was incredibly sweet, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire evening. Honestly, I have no words—everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this place. We’ll definitely be back 🤍
If you want to experience the authentic taste of Italian 🇮🇹cuisine, Ostetia da Furtunata is definitely one of the places you need to visit. This historic restaurant , based in Roma since 1921, truly captures the soul of traditional Italian cooking. Just be prepared, a line will most likely be waiting for you! 😂😉But trust me, it’s absolutely worth it. The carbonara 🍝was outstanding, rich, creamy and perfectly balanced, exactly how a real Italian carbonara should taste. I completely fell in love with the supplì🍘; they were crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, and simply irresistible. The Sorrentino 🍝sauce was also exceptional, full of depth and beautifully seasoned. The limoncello🍸 was a perfect finish to the meal; fresh, aromatic and wonderfully smooth. The staff were kind, patient and genuinely welcoming, even with how busy the restaurant was. The plates and serving dishes were incredibly cute and added such a charming touch to the whole experience. One of the most special details is that their pasta is handmade, and you can actually watch the production process through the window of the shop. It makes the experience feel even more authentic and memorable.. ✨☘️💙
