This seems to be a new trendy restaurant that is extremely popular. I assume it is because it’s pre fix at 44 Euro per person for all you can eat. The problem is that food is really sub par. Fish is lower quality. Sushi rice is absolutely awful— undercooked and flavorless. A number of dishes are designed to sound unique and exciting, but the taste profile was off for every single one of them. Of about 13-14 small plates we tried, none were delicious. That is truly a special accomplishment! The tempura shrimp was severely under-seasoned while the pork neck skewer was the opposite- over salted to the point of being inedible. The only positive thing about the experience was the service was highly efficient.
