The food was decent, although I may not have chosen dishes that truly showed the kitchen’s full potential. The prices felt quite high, but I understand that in places like this, you are also paying for the location, the interior, and the overall atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service did not match these expectations. It is hard to point to one specific issue, but the experience did not feel like a high-end restaurant. The service felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. Different waiters kept coming to the table, which made the experience feel a bit disorganized rather than well cared for. Even simple things, like pouring water, were done quickly and without much care. Overall, instead of a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience, it felt more like a place where everything was done quickly, with an unspoken pressure to eat and leave. This took away from what could have been a much better experience.
Food was good. Specially potato pure. Ok service but a bit slow. They were kind though to offer us free food as it took long for our order arrive.
Mixed feelings about our visit to this place. We were excited for our visit to beefbar, however when it came to ordering, we ordered drinks and appetizers and were immediately forced to order mains too, which I find unacceptable in a luxurious place like this. Waiter told us the place gets busy so we have to order now, which resulted to us ordering under pressure not having the time to order properly what we want. Really ruined the experience for us. Other than that meat and overall food was good, but we weren’t shocked from anything considering the prices are so high.
I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner, but I would rate the taste and price comparison at four stars. I would certainly return for the beef prosciutto and panettone, which were absolutely delicious. However, the soufflé for two was quite disappointing; it looked appealing, but as soon as it was served, we noticed a strong egg smell( which i mentioned it to the waiter but he didnt do anything) and we were only able to consume the center with coconut. The ambiance is of high quality, and the service is commendable.
This was my third solo visit to Beefbar Milan, and it was honestly the best one yet. The place always has this cool, welcoming vibe that makes dining alone feel completely natural. I started with the tacos, which were fresh and packed with flavour, then went for the Kobe beef carbonara, rich, creamy, and absolutely incredible. The Parmesan and truffle fries were the kind of side you keep reaching for even when you’re full. The staff were warm and attentive, just as they’ve been every time. I left happy, full, and already thinking about my next visit. Highly recommend!
