I thought I’d check this place out after the glowing reviews and the pics of the food. I had high hopes even though another reviewer had said it aimed at tourists. My hotel was close by so I thought what the heck. I wouldn’t call it a fine dining restaurant but it is clean and modern with white linen and cotton towels. While the waiter did a decent job he was a little rough around the edges which probably suits this place as it’s not pretentious. The food looked great in the Google pics however when I received my first course of raw tasting plate it was a little Underwhelming in that their wasn’t much going except for the subtle flavour of raw seafood and some olive oil. While this is fine when eating the raw prawn from Calabria or the delicate and creamy scampi, the carpaccio was just straight up bland. A small wedge of lemon just didn’t cut it. Overly simple overall. Next came the lobster with linguini. The mini lobster was half a serve and looked like it was just boiled separately then the pasta plated next to it. The linguini was cooked slightly aldente and came with a subtle seafood sauce and some cherry tomatoes. Looks great in pictures but I’ve had way better lobster pasta in Sorrento Melbouene Austalia. On a side note I ordered a caprese salad which had to be canceled as they had run out of mozzarella. Really? Isn’t this cheese a staple? After a couple glasses of middle of the road rose and Chianti the bill came to 100 euro flat for just myself. Overall I wouldn’t come back. It just wasn’t memorable enough.

Really great fish restaurant with a proper authentic Italian vibe. The food was amazing, especially the mixed fried seafood — super fresh and cooked perfectly. The seafood pasta was honestly unbelievable and full of flavor. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a real Italian food experience!

This restaurant is really something! We had pasta and it was really tasty. Also, all the food that we had seen being served looked sooo good. You could easily tell that people come here for good food. The staff was friendly and nice, we waited just few minutes to get a table (had no reservation) and they brought a glass of Prosecco each while we were waiting. We would recommend to anyone willing to try tradition Italian food and sea food as well.
