One of my favorites is Meatball Family near Sempione. They do these fantastic, oversized meatball subs that hit the spot after a long day walking around the city. And if you want something a little different, try the smoked brisket at The Brisket Club in Lambrate,it's not often you see Texas-style smoked meat in Milan.

Heads up , American portions here aren’t quite as gigantic as back home, but the quality usually makes up for it. And if you’re visiting during the warmer months, grabbing a burger and a cold beer at one of the outdoor patios along the Darsena really feels like a mini American-style hangout.
