Having the al mudec experience tasting menu was truly a unique experience. The menu is full of interesting dishes, some simple, but powerful and some with complex taste, where each bite can give a bit of a different experience. In terms of flavour I'd rate the menu at the current time at a solid 95/100. There were a couple things that, while tasty, felt a bit flat, but it's being nitpicky - I might not have liked them as much as maybe the next person. In terms of atmosphere, it's formal, but the staff makes you feel very welcome. I prefer looser atmosphere, however, I didn't feel off in this restaurant! Service was superb and spotless - I don't think I've had an experience, where an empty glass would disappear from my view or get re-filled under 60 seconds EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The attention to details by the service was immaculate. We couldn't keep up at the beginning with the volume of small bites & appetizers, so we asked to slow down and they indeed slowed down for us and matched our pace perfectly. The sommelier, while young, had tons of experience, was very friendly and joked around with us, which was very nice. We asked for him to recommend us some red wine by the glass and he had recommended us great wine worth every penny. I'd love to return here.

We ordered the tasting menu. Actually there was no menu, the waiter gave us detailed descriptions of each dish, then we tasted the food. Every dish is exceptionally delicious, and the presentation was like an art piece. The staff services are at the highest quality. No wonder it is the only Michelin three star restaurant in Milan. Highly recommended.

Visited in November 2025. The food was generally enjoyable and well prepared, though for a three‑star restaurant it did not quite feel like a “worth a detour” experience. Truffle appeared twice on the menu and, while pleasant, it felt a little repetitive and never fully harmonised with the dishes, serving more as an embellishment than a defining element. Overall, the meal was tasty but lacked truly distinctive highlights that would stay in the memory, whereas the wine list was impressively comprehensive and the service consistently warm and professional.

We came here to celebrate my birthday. And it’s def worth ! Very attractive service from beginning to the end. Small issue that we found a small worm on the decoration salad but it’s not big deal and we both laughed about it. Food is very tasty, I particular love the bottoni with the zuppa, as the zuppa is so delicious ! It’s a wonderful experience ❤️

Beautiful location, impeccable service, great wine list… but the highlight remains the unique and “non-safe” cuisine, every dish was a (great) surprise. Thanks for the mix of excellence and risk taking!
