We visited Biga on Volta street on May 1. Did not have a reservation, but the staff was helpful and found a table for 3. We ordered 3 pizzas and 2 desserts. Pizza is ok, but not the best one I tried in Milan, being honest. Choice of flavours is great only if you eat meat, for vege- and pesca-terians there is not much choice, but you can try to order any other pizza just without meet. Maybe I am more a traditional pizza flavours fan, because Biga has many options to offer, but for me the actual taste was simply not close to what I expect from my pizza…. I liked more pizza with tonno and onions from Crazy Pizza….
2nd time back, still my fave contemporary pizza in Milan. Dough was ultra point. Soft and fluffy like a rim of cloud pillow! Both the pizzas were well flavoured with authentic ingredients in creative form. If you are more of a classic person, definitely go for their Margherita Sbagliata. If you want something fancy with a sweet-savouring combo, try the Sottobosco!
It was an amazing expirience and the pizza was amazing but i were seat outside if you want to seat inside i will suggest to reserve a table before
