We visited El Carnicero Spartaco with my two sons and had an outstanding experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the restaurant itself is beautifully designed. The service was excellent—professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout the evening. We ordered the Maxi Lomo (1.4 kg) for the three of us, and it was more than enough. In fact, I believe it would comfortably serve four people. The steak was simply exceptional. I can honestly say it was the best beef tenderloin I have ever eaten, and that's coming from someone who has also been to Argentina. The meat was incredibly tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. If you are a steak lover visiting Milan, El Carnicero Spartaco is an absolute must. We will definitely be back.
The original Il Carnicero in Milano truly spectacular. As an Argentine, I can say the quality of the meat is outstanding. Perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and full of flavor. Great selection of wines. I had the parrillada, which allowed me to try a little bit of everything wow 👏❤️ The corn empanada was delicious even for my Italian husband, who normally doesn’t eat corn 😉 Truly a five-plus experience.

Our hotel recommended El Carnicero Spartaco, so we decided to give it a try — and it turned out to be an incredible experience! From the very first moment, the service was outstanding. The waiter guided us through the menu with great knowledge and passion, giving perfect recommendations. The small “welcome” starter they serve was a wonderful touch — simple yet absolutely delicious. The meat was exceptional — perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The atmosphere is elegant and warm, with a lively vibe that makes you want to stay for hours. Truly one of those places where you can feel the love for great food, quality ingredients, and top-notch service. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Milan who appreciates a proper steakhouse experience!
I visited El Carnicero Spartaco in Milan and loved it! The steak was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The atmosphere was great, and the staff were very professional. Definitely worth a visit for meat lovers.
