This intensive mini-course includes a single session lasting about two hours and combines training, cocktail preparation, and a pleasant final aperitif.
Guided by a professional bartender, you'll learn the basics of bartending techniques, starting with fundamental tools like shakers, jiggers, and strainers, and discovering how to use them correctly. The course delves into the balance of the drink and the structure of classic recipes, with a focus on the Build mixing technique and when to apply it.
During the lesson, you'll work on the main raw materials of mixology, from spirits to vermouth and bitters, to fresh juices and ice, learning to recognize the importance of dosage, quality, and proper storage of ingredients.
The cocktails made during the course will be tasted together at the end of the experience, turning the lesson into a real aperitif.
