This 11-hour private day trip will introduce to you the most famous lake of Italy - Lake Como, together with its remarkable villas and breathtaking panoramic views. The tour includes a luxury car with a professionally licensed driver in a suit. The tour will start in your hotel - at the time you prefer, where our driver will meet you. You will start your journey in a luxury Mercedes Car (different models are available, depending on the size of your group, all brand new with with air conditioning and Wi-Fi). First of all, our professional driver will drive you directly to Como City, one of the most famous lakeside towns in Italy, where you can enjoy a lovely walk long the lake and explore the town. Como has a long history dated back even before Roman empire, was ruled by multiple Italian, German and Austrian emperors due to its strategic location. You can stop by the Duomo of Como, the last Gothic Duomo built in Italy. From Duomo of Como, you can continue to explore the city centers led by narrow marble streets through other important sites such as Piazza San Fedele, Via Vitani, Piazza Cavour. We can help to take care of lunch reservation for you - how about Crotto dei Platani or Villa D’Este, one of the most famous and historical villas of Lake Como? Here you can also admire its renaissance interior design and gardens of the villa (in case you have any other preferences for the lunch, we will help to book another place). Before becoming the global symbol of luxury hospitality, since 15th century, Villa D'Este has always been the residence of the most noble Italian families. Availability must be checked in advance and is not guaranteed. After lunch, you will enjoy a short drive along the lake to reach one of the magnificent villas of Lake Como, such as Villa Carlotta (or Villa Balbianello, if available), famous for their neoclassic design, elegant lake front symmetric gardens, sculptures, fountains & immense gardens. Only a few villas of Lake Como still remain opened to the public, so enjoy a unique opportunity to admire the prestigious life style of Italian most privileged social class in the past. After the visit of the villa, you will take a ferry ride to Bellagio, the pearl of Lake Como. Here you will enjoy free time for shopping and a lovely walk among the picturesque cobblestone road of this beautiful village. After Bellagio, your private driver will accompany you back to Milan at approximately 20:00. At the end of the day, you can also decide if you prefer to come back to Milan or stay in Bellagio for dinner (extra charge for the waiting time 80€ per hour) - our private driver will accompany you back to Milan at any time you wish.
