Get ready to dive in an experience where you will master the traditional recipe that makes this dessert so delicious.

One of our expert chefs, Giovanna or Giuseppe, will guide you through every step, from selecting the finest ingredients to creating the creamiest, most velvety mascarpone filling.

The best part? At the end of the workshop, you’ll proudly take your own Tiramisù home with you!

Tiramisù (which litearally means 'raise me up') is typically made out of three main ingredients (Biscuits, Mascarpone and Coffee). During the Workshop you will:

  • Learn to make Mascarpone Cream.
  • Learn to make Coffee out of Italian Mocha Coffee Machine.
  • Blend the ingredients together in harmony.

In Milan however, many are the different variations of this same dessert. Discover them with our expert! Who will not only guide you through the traditional making, but also introduce you a few unexpected variations. Raise me up Milan!
