Description
This experience is designed exclusively for you and your guests, offering full attention and flexibility without any group participation. Beforehand, you will select your preferred menu together with the chef, tailored entirely to your tastes.
You can choose from dishes such as fresh handmade pasta (ravioli, fettuccine, tagliatelle), risotto, pizza, traditional sauces (carbonara, cacio e pepe, pesto, bolognese), classic desserts (gelato, panna cotta, tiramisù, Sicilian cannoli), or regional specialties like lasagne, milanese cotoletta, veal ossobuco, and meatballs.
On the day, you’ll be welcomed into an authentic Milanese home with an Italian aperitivo. The atmosphere is informal, resembling a visit to a local home rather than a structured class.
The session is completely hands-on. You cook step by step with guidance through genuine Italian techniques, including tips, stories, and culinary traditions. The pace adjusts to your skill level and curiosity. Questions are encouraged, and nothing is rushed.
The experience avoids rigid scripts or timelines, focusing instead on enjoying the process and creating meaningful dishes together. After cooking, you sit down to share the meal accompanied by wine, water, and coffee—reflecting a genuine Italian dining experience.
