Pizza and Tiramisu Cooking Workshop in Milan

This cooking class in Milan suits food enthusiasts eager to learn authentic pizza and tiramisu recipes from professional chefs.

Description

Join the Chef and the City professional cooking workshop where you become part of the team preparing authentic Italian pizza. Begin with a small welcome buffet provided by the Chef, then start cooking alongside qualified chefs. Each participant has their own station, working in groups of 4-5, but everyone creates their own pizza.

Learn the technique for making genuine pizza dough, which requires 8 hours of leavening and can be taken home to bake later. For tasting during the session, pre-made dough is used. Customize your pizza with fresh toppings of your choice. You will also learn how to make traditional tiramisu, Italy’s well-known dessert.

After about two hours of cooking, sit down to enjoy your pizza and tiramisu paired with wine (one bottle per three participants). The pizzas will be baked for you while you relax with a glass of wine. Digital recipes are provided at the end of the experience.
