Description
This cooking class shares Italian culinary secrets passed down through generations in a family setting. Located a 20-minute walk from Duomo Square, the lesson takes place in an authentic Milanese home filled with art and antiques. The instructors have trained at Paul Bocuse's Michelin-starred school and draw on family recipes taught by their grandmothers.
During the class, you will prepare classic Italian dishes including fresh pasta, ravioli, and tiramisu. The session is conducted in English, with other languages offered only for private groups of 10 or more upon request.
The cooking tradition is maintained by three generations: Grandma Bruna leads when possible, and her daughter or grandchildren continue the lessons with the same care and passion. Experience Italian hospitality while learning hands-on cooking skills.
