Description
Arrive in St. Moritz, a notable Alpine resort at 1,856 meters (6,089 feet), known for its lakes and long-standing luxury reputation. After free time to explore the town, board the historic Bernina Red Train in the early afternoon. This iconic railway reaches altitudes up to 2,253 meters (7,392 feet) and climbs steep gradients of up to 7%.
The train journey from St. Moritz to Tirano offers spectacular views of glaciers, alpine valleys, and unspoiled natural scenery. After arriving in Tirano, return to Milan by coach, arriving in the evening.
