Inside the AMMU pastry shop, we will welcome you in a refined and cozy environment, where you will breathe in the scents and tradition of the island.
The experience begins with a freshly filled mignon cannolo, made according to the authentic Sicilian recipe, with fresh ricotta and a crispy crust. Next, you can enjoy three small artisanal granitas, with flavors such as almond, lemon, pistachio, or mulberry, depending on the season.
We will conclude with an espresso served with sweet ricotta, a small ritual that reflects Sicilian hospitality.
Throughout the food tasting, we will accompany you with stories and interesting facts about the origins of each preparation, the ingredients used, and the philosophy that guides our work.
