Enjoy an authentic Italian culinary experience in the heart of Milan, in a beautiful house located right in front of the iconic Colonne di San Lorenzo, one of the most evocative and historic places in the city.
This is not just a cooking lesson, but a true immersion in the tradition of Emilia and Romagna, made up of flavors, stories, and conviviality.
The experience will begin with a brief introduction to the gastronomic culture of Emilia-Romagna, one of the world's most famous regions for its cuisine. You will discover the iconic products that have made it famous, such as Parmigiano Reggiano, and the traditions that have been handed down for generations.
Then it's time for action.
You'll start by making fresh handmade pasta, starting with simple ingredients to create the traditional dough. You will learn how to roll it out and make different shapes, such as tagliatelle and tortelli, following authentic techniques that are accessible to everyone.
While the pasta rests, you will enjoy a convivial moment: the preparation of the Romagna piadina. Each guest will be able to create their own piadina, filling it with traditional ingredients such as ham and crescenza cheese, just as it is done in Italian homes.
Then you will return to making the pasta, finishing the tortelli and preparing everything for cooking. The ragù, already prepared and cooked according to tradition, will accompany the dishes, providing an authentic and rich flavor.
There will also be a sweet touch during the experience: you will participate in the preparation of a surprise dessert, to conclude the culinary journey in perfect Italian style.
Finally, we will all sit down together at the table to enjoy what we have prepared, accompanied by a good glass of wine. It will be a moment of sharing, relaxation and authentic Italian hospitality, where food becomes an opportunity for meeting and exchange.
