We had a lovely stay at the Duomo Hotel & Apartments. Our apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The TV on the bedroom wall was in an awkward position in room 319, had to lean awkwardly to walk round it to get into bed and when some bins were being emptied late at night/early morning it affected our sleep but other than that it was great. Perfect location, absolutely can’t fault that. Staff were absolutely wonderful too, kind, helpful, attentive. The whole hotel was spotless and the coffee, water and marshmallows in reception were a lovely touch!!
Wonderful location! Beautifully appointed rooms and common areas. Rooms are fully equipped for extended stay. Staff are responsive, friendly, and welcoming. Loved everything about our stay here and would definitely stay again. Oh and the coffee shop next door is perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks!
We had an amazing stay! The service was outstanding, and every staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping kept our room spotless every day, and the surprise birthday dessert for my husband was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. As first-time visitors to Milan, the location was absolutely perfect—everything was easily accessible, making it easy to explore the city. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, it was one of the cheapest options near the Duomo of Milan. The rooms are spacious, and accommodated our family of four quite well- we had one king size bed, and one large sofa bed. We did not pay for breakfast service; we ate breakfast every morning at the neighboring café, which was very well priced. My wife and daughter loved the location of the hotel, just a few minutes away from all the prime shopping. Would recommend this hotel as a luxurious value option for those who want to stay near the Duomo.
We were here in April 2026 for one night. This hotel is a real gem: Very welcoming and professional staff, huge room (there is an entire kitchenette in the cupboard), very comfortable bed, very clean everywhere, enough power outlets and ... normal prices, in spite of the central location just a few steps from the Duomo! The hotel is quiet. Breakfast was good, too. We'll be back :-) The only negative point - which is the reason why I take 1 star off their "service" rating - is that they seem keen on obtaining our e-mail address, which is not necessary (we had reserved through a booking platform, which provides a temporary mail address for contact anyway). Even access to the WiFi requires that you indicate your e-mail address, why would you "need" that? Think GDPR please.
