We were generally very satisfied with our stay. The lady at the reception was extremely kind, helpful, and solution-oriented. Her thoughtful approach toward guests was truly appreciated. Since we had to leave very early the next morning, she prepared our breakfast in the room the day before, which was a very considerate gesture. The room was clean and of a sufficient size for a comfortable stay. Our towels were also changed the next day, which we appreciated. The bed was comfortable; however, the pillows were not very comfortable. I would recommend choosing more comfortable pillows to further improve the guest experience. Breakfast is served directly to the room. This concept may not meet everyone’s expectations, but we personally liked it. It is worth noting that breakfast is only served in the room and there is no shared kitchen or separate breakfast area. Her constant effort to help and find solutions made our stay warm and enjoyable. Highly appreciated.
Nice location close to restaurants, metro and trains. Very good breakfast too
