21 House of Stories Navigli
Milan

Fantastic location, a very hip hotel just off the main strip of Navigli canal with lots of Resturants and bars. Very convenient location. Great breakfast, and snacks as too favoured waters. Very cool place with lovely roof pool and nice view of Milan. Our room had a fitness/ stretching/ yoga facility on our first stay but …. Our second visit a few days later after returning from Bologna was a disappointing visit. Our room lights cut out and we had to pack up and leave in the dark. The aircon cut out during the night and our TV did not work for the 2 days. Had sms staff as I could not us their phone and we tried to call reception at 6.30am with no response. The lack of staff response and management not communicate to us has lead to my star rating. Shame as it was a lovely first visit.
A modern, atmospheric hotel boasting a great location, semi-loft interior design, and some interesting layout and furnishing choices. It has a somewhat unorthodox, hipster-feel to it, as it markets itself (quite successfully) as a place to stay, meet, eat and work. The ground floor is an interesting lobby-restaurant-open-space blend, encouraging people to pop in for a drink, meal or meeting - with their laptop in hand - and chill while working. You can even book a table or space for a few hours to bring your mobile office with you. Curiously, it doesn't feel awkward or make your hotel stay cumbersome. As guests, we were still comfortable and weren't bothered by the real estate agents and marketers making their Zoom calls from a nearby table. Friendly, professional staff, good availability of services.
Our group from GSH Travel had a wonderful stay at 21 House of Stories Navigli in Milan. As an international travel group coordinating accommodations and logistics for 11 guests, we truly appreciated how welcoming, responsive, and helpful the team was throughout our stay. A special thank you to Paolo and the guest relations team for all of their assistance leading up to our arrival. From helping organize airport transportation with multiple vans to providing detailed local recommendations and insider tips around Milan, the communication and hospitality were excellent from the very beginning. The recommendations they shared for hidden gems, local restaurants, aperitivo spots, museums, and neighborhoods helped make our experience in Milan feel much more authentic and memorable. We especially appreciated the focus on unique cultural experiences beyond the typical tourist attractions. The hotel itself has an incredibly cool atmosphere — modern, creative, and perfectly located near the Navigli district with easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and the best parts of the city. It felt stylish and welcoming while still maintaining a relaxed and personal touch. Our group genuinely enjoyed our time here, and we would absolutely recommend 21 House of Stories Navigli for both individual travelers and group stays visiting Milan.
We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Pretty good breakfast. There is a cocktail bar on the roof to catch a nice sunset! Our room was facing the backside so we didn't have any noise issues but I could see it can be noisy. Nearby busy nightlife area but loved the energy!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The interior is youthful, stylish, and full of character, while the rooms were clean and very comfortable. We stayed in a gym-themed room, which was a fun and unique touch. The view from the rooftop pool was fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of our visit. Breakfast was solid, offering a good selection of savoury dishes as well as a wide variety of delicious cakes. The neighbourhood is lively and full of great apero spots, making it the perfect place to experience la dolce far niente.
