I stayed at the hotel last January.. Everything was amazing! The only point to improve would be the coffee served at breakfast - it could be better.
I’ve stayed at Hotel Palazzo Parigi in Milan multiple times, and it never disappoints. Every visit has been exceptional, but one experience truly stood out. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates for my stay, and despite it being entirely my mistake, the manager went above and beyond to help. They found me a room, didn’t charge me for the incorrect night, and even personally escorted me to the bar for a complimentary drink while I waited for my room to be ready. That level of hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. It’s this kind of service that keeps me coming back every time I’m in Milan. Truly one of my favorite hotels—highly recommend!
Wow, a warm friendly welcome. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is always willing to assist with a smile. Great location a real 5 star accommodation. I will be back.
I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Milan, where I came to attend the Fendi fashion show. The hotel made a very pleasant impression. It looks truly luxurious, with beautiful and thoughtfully designed décor. The interiors create an elegant and stylish atmosphere, which perfectly complements a visit connected to the world of fashion. The service is overall good and of a high standard. There were a few minor inconsistencies, but they did not affect the overall experience. The staff makes an effort to maintain a welcoming and professional environment. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and was very satisfied with the experience. I would gladly return in the future.
