The hostel is in a really good location, however, the place was not good. I’ll give my explanation, and everyone can take their own opinion: 1. For the price is ok. They offer private rooms but only for groups of 3 or 4, if you are two you’re stuck with people. It’s a hostel I know. We fortunately only had to share with two more people. 2. If you come during the summer, your AC is only on from 6pm until 6am, they turn it off for some reason even though you ask them to let it on. 3. Bring your own towel because they are 3.50€ if you want one. 4. There is no elevator, so if you have bags, you have to go up the stairs with them. 5. The blankets aren’t really good, they’re itchy. 6. The shower never worked the same as the wifi. They have a top shower head and a handle and our shower head never worked. The wifi never reached our room even though I talked to them multiple times and was left ignored. 7. The room and our bathroom was always clean which we liked. 8. Also when we arrived, there was a drunk person in the stairs and there were people smoking weed in front of the reception. The level of communication between the hostel and myself was minimum, they do not reply emails or text messages. I do not wish to come back, but everyone has their own personal opinion.
I paid for a room of 6 but was given a room of 5, I really liked that as the room was not crowded. The hostel was 2 minutes from the metro station so it was easy for me to go anywhere in Milan. There's a kitchen where you can cook and it has everything a kitchen needs. I made noodles in the kitchen which helped me save money on eating out and the rooms and everything else was just kept in a good condition, they clean everyday. There's an AC that comes on automatically which is good. Every bed has an electrical outlet to plug your phone. They provide sheets for free and also blanket which was very helpful when it got cold in the middle of the night. There was a locker to keep your things but you need a padlock for it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's a refundable 5euros key card fee they charge on check in and they were good to their words, they refunded it back on check out,really good service. They had this lounge thing where people hang out but I didn't use it though. One thing I wish they had was an elevator, for me it was easy to move because I had only a backpack but imagine if a person had 2 or 3 suitcase and need to take so many stairs, that can be stressful. But overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend
I had a great stay at this hostel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with recommendations and any questions I had. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was social and really liked its vibes. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and local attractions. I also appreciated the comfortable beds and secure storage facilities, which made me feel safe during my stay. Overall, this hostel offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay.
+: Great location, the subway station is just 2 mins away and train station is accessible as well. Friendly host. Clean rooms. Chill air conditioning. -: the bedframe is made of steel so whenever you move the person below you will feel/hear it.
What did you like about the property? This hostel exceeded my expectations. I was there for 5 nights very clean, they cleaned the room and toilets everyday. They also changed our bedsheets everyday. The location is best, I would book the hostel again. What didn't you like about the property? The only downside experienced was that the Wifi was barely working in the room was. I would also recommend they add small towels on the floor so that after taking a shower one can clean after themselves. Because even if the staff clean the toilets everyday, the next person messes up the floor after shower because there's no towel to clean up after. The bed blanket is also very thin and the texture doesn't feel so good on the skin, if they could change those it would 10/10. Write a short sentence to sum up your stay. Good
