Wonderful hotel in a beautiful old building and very helpful staff. I recommend going to one of their recommended restaraunts. Breakfast is included at a local bakery for stays of three nights and over, and it was amazing. highly recommended
The hotel is conveniently located near Milano Centrale station, making transportation very easy. Staying in a traditional Milanese building made the experience even more special. Having a balcony was a great bonus and added to the overall enjoyment. The staff are extremely friendly, and the facilities are well-maintained and clean. They genuinely make an effort to accommodate requests, which really shows their sincerity. It was a truly pleasant and memorable experience.
This is the definition of a hidden gem. It's a bit like a treasure hunt to find the place and when you do, it's like walking into another world. The building itself is very historic and charming but the hotel space and our room was beautiful. So well designed, great use of space, clean, quality fixtures and furniture. What was truly exceptional was the staff and - I think - the owner. Not present but easily reachable, very responsive and helpful. Alice, who met us for check in was SO nice and sweet. It's a bit of a sketchy area because it's near the train station but we felt very safe and well cared for.
