Had a sore back / emotional stress and the graciousness and kindness that the staff provided as soon as I entered felt like a warm hug. The skill and professionalism of the masseuse was out of this world. I am so grateful for the hour long Thai massage provided by Chai (hope I am spelling that correctly). I wish I lived in Milan so I could go here every day! Best massage I’ve ever had, and amazing, clean, relaxing, and healing environment. Thank you Castello Massaggio!!! ❤️
I went there for a 60-minute full body massage, and it was absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended! Very professional, soothing, and relaxing. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was exceptionally attentive. I would definitely come back again!
The spa manager and massage therapist were exceptionally attentive, taking the time to ask thoughtful, specific questions about my body and the results I hoped to achieve from the massage. Tension and pain that had lingered in my back for weeks were noticeably relieved after just one session. The professionals here clearly have years of experience, something that’s evident in their technique and care! This was far more than a routine massage to fill an hour; my therapist was deeply attuned to my body’s needs and genuinely dedicated to helping me heal throughout the session! Also the vibe was great, soft music and classic Thai ambiance.. so relaxing!
