We stayed here for 4 nights in July with GHA Titanium status. Contrary to the other reviews here, I didn’t think the hotel was in a good location for tourists. It’s near the business district, ans the main attractions are harder to get to. We received an upgraded room which was just okay. It was definitely spacious, but the mattress felt tired and the couches were stained, not to mention the black mold in the bathroom. Also important to note if you stay here - water is only given upon check in; do not expect any refills on succeeding nights. Umbrellas also cost 3 euros per day to borrow. Needless to say, hospitality is not this hotel’s strong suit; it is better classified as a standard business hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, beautifully remodeled, and very comfortable after long days of sightseeing. What truly stood out was the staff—they were available and responsive around the clock, always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Samuele, who consistently went above and beyond. He was genuinely kind, trustworthy, and always willing to share thoughtful advice and recommendations that made our trip even better. The location is another major advantage. Situated in a key area of the city, it provides easy access to all parts of town and is conveniently close to train stations, making day trips and travel throughout the country incredibly easy. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines great rooms, outstanding service, and such a convenient location. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Fantastic hotel, well situated in Portanuova district, which is Milan’s newish part of town. Within one block from Garibaldi train station (easy access to metro and regional trains) and one block from Corso Como (great restaurants nearby and shopping). Also, two blocks from Gae Aulenti and BAM, which is a beautiful park for kids with a great playground and splash pad. Accordingly, the location is fantastic for families with kids and who want a safe and beautifully landscaped area. As for the hotel, it is awesome. The rooms are large and clean. Beds are super comfortable with AC that works well. We got the breakfast option at the hotel and it was delicious with various hot and cold options. The coffee, croissants, fruit, and scrambled eggs were delicious. Overall a fantastic hotel, well situated, and well priced too. Great job guys. Also, special thanks to Luca and Yanina, who made our stay enjoyable.

As the organizer of a travel group, I truly appreciate hotels that provide exceptional service, and this hotel exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, the hotel is spotless, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay. Every single staff member was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made sure everything went smoothly, which allowed us to fully enjoy our trip without any stress. A very special thank you to Samuele Pintus. He went above and beyond to assist me with almost everything related to my group. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a huge difference, and I sincerely appreciate all of his support. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning with more travel groups in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan.
We had a wonderful 3-day stay in Milan and truly enjoyed every moment at your hotel. The room was beautiful and very close to everything. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay — fresh, varied, and incredibly tasty every morning.
