We had a wonderful experience at FS Hotel in Milan. A special thank you to Fabiana for making our check-in such a great experience. She was incredibly helpful, funny, and attentive to every detail. We came for a light breakfast and enjoyed the good food, amazing service, and sexy latte macchiato! While using the bathrooms on the way out, we saw an advertisement for the spa. We went to inquire about a day pass for the pool or gym, but instead decided to get a 90-minute massage for 250€, which was amazing. We also enjoyed the pool prior to the massage. Sophia, the technician in the spa, was a great saleswoman!
Superb dinner service from Redian and his team who looked after us fabously. Absolutely my favourite top rated dinner in Milan. The food is to die for. Highly recommend would be an understatement.
My wife and I checked into this hotel on May 6 for 3 nights. The hotel has been completely refurbished, which gives it a new feel. However, the service in this hotel need serious improvement. The service at the breakfast is extremely slow. Housekeeping is terrible. They give you so much attitude and make you feel they are doing you a favour by making up the room. The hotel manager and the team is well aware of this incident and I don’t want to go into more details. After making a mistake they turn and offer “compensation”. I don’t give a dam about compensation. The service should be at par and that’s what they charge for. Ashwin Mohan
My stay at Four Seasons Hotel Milano was truly exceptional. The bar is incredibly enjoyable — stylish, intimate, and perfect for a relaxed evening. The rooms are beautifully designed, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The courtyard is absolutely stunning, especially in beautiful weather. Sitting there, enjoying a drink or a meal in such a serene atmosphere, is an experience in itself. I would happily return.
