Our stay at Portrait was absolutely incredible and without a doubt one of my favorite hotel experiences ever. Traveling with 3 kids can be a lot, yet from the moment we arrived, they made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for in every possible detail. The level of thoughtfulness is exceptional from the beautiful amenities to having not one but two Dyson in the room, which honestly made getting ready such a luxury. The aesthetic of the entire hotel is stunning: elegant, warm, and effortlessly chic without feeling pretentious. Breakfast was another highlight. I loved that you could create your own fresh green juice by choosing the fruits and vegetables yourself such a special touch and everything tasted incredibly fresh., and everything so tasty... What truly makes this place stand out is how personalized and attentive the experience feels. It’s rare to find a hotel this sophisticated while also being so comfortable and welcoming for families. Definitely amazing, and a place I cannot wait to return to.

We had a wonderful stay at Portrait Milano. The attention to detail across the hotel really stood out — from the room and housekeeping team, who somehow managed to surprise us each time we returned, to the warm and professional service from reception, concierge, and the F&B team. A special thank you to Milica for taking such great care of us and making sure everything was smooth from beginning to end. We would also like to thank Diego and Marie Rose at breakfast for the great service each morning. One of the most memorable hotel stays we’ve had. We look forward to coming back.
My stay at Portrait Milano was brief, as I was in town for Milan Men’s Fashion Week Winter ’25, but it left a lasting impression. The room was beautifully appointed, with a refined Art Deco design language that felt both modern and timeless — understated luxury done very well. One of the highlights of the stay was unexpectedly running into Javier, whom I first met years ago at Portrait Roma. It was a wonderful reunion and a reminder of what makes the Portrait brand so special: the people. Being recognized and welcomed back like that added a deeply personal touch and made the stay feel even more meaningful. Portrait Milano is notably the largest of all the Portrait properties, and it carries that scale gracefully while still maintaining the brand’s signature intimacy and warmth. Even during a busy fashion week, the atmosphere felt calm, polished, and well managed. This was a short visit, but one that left me wanting more. I would absolutely return for a longer stay to fully enjoy everything the property has to offer.
