Staff is what makes this hotel excellent. They were friendly and super helpful even before my family arrived at the hotel. Beautiful property. Great location. Rooms are small but beautifully decorated in Italian style.

About as perfect as one could hoe for a Milan hotel. Quiet, close to the sites, and a beautiful property. And as good as the physical facilities are the staff is even better. A superb experience.
We stayed 3 nights in the suite of Casa Brivio. It’s a boutique hotel and more like a residence which provides privacy and very secure double gates and doors. The receptionist is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location is convenient with 12mins walk to Duomo and bars, coffe shops, supermarket at the corner. The room’s interior is beautiful with all bespoke iconic Italian furniture, like in an Italian movie. The bathroom is very clean and stylish. The walls and door are thick that you don’t hear much from the rooms next or corridor. The mattress is so comfortable that I slept so well. In general, we are very happy with our stay in Casa Brivio. Highly recommend to people who would like to stay close to the Duomo and also want to feel safe and relax in their stay.
We were staying for 4 nights and it was more than pleasant! We loved it! The room is modern and clean. The bed and the pillow are quite comfortable. What really stood out was how unbelievably quiet it was. Even though the hotel was in a central location, we never heard any street noise, hallway chatter, or neighbors - it was pure peace and quiet every single night. We slept like a baby! The staff were friendly and helpful, check-in and checkout were smooth, we communicated through WhatsApp if we needed anything and they will provide you the best they can! If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet place to stay, this is it. Already looking forward to coming back! Highly, highly recommend! One more thing is that I think it would be so much better if the hotel has restaurant and provides breakfast. Although there are lot of cafes and restaurants nearby it would be better to have one in the premises. Hopefully in the future!
