Absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, Giacomo and his colleague made me feel completely at ease: welcoming, professional, and incredibly thorough in explaining how the floating sensory-deprivation session works. The environment was calm and reassuring, which made it easy to relax into the experience and truly disconnect. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already looking forward to my next visit.
