Super convenient location, close to the city center and the dome. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. They store your luggage for free at the end of your stay (don't use the service downstairs in the building, it's not related to the rooms). However, the neighborhood is noisy day and night, the tram runs right under your windows.
First, the location in relation to the Duomo and Gallerie was perfect, super close, and decent price. Getting into the room, however, was a bit of a process, you have a to ring a bell/intercom just outside of another business that does luggage handling/storing. The room itself was fine, very noisy with lots of construction outside. They did provide ear plugs, the noise certainly isn’t their fault. The biggest issue is trust, I had €200 stolen out of my wallet that was left on nightstand while we left to go for a quick walk. I’ve read other reviews with folks that had stuff stolen. In short, not a bad room, great location, good price, HIDE YOUR VALUABLES.
