Amazing hotel clean and big rooms And amazing staff especially gisella very friendly and helpful I will do it again soon
I must say that this is a rather good serviced apartment; the staff are extremely friendly, and the location is excellent – right outside is the main shopping district, and it's just a five-minute walk to the Duomo area in Milan. However, I must also point out that the maintenance of the in-room facilities is sadly lacking. For example: • The air conditioning filter has clearly not been cleaned regularly, causing the air to be foul-smelling. • The washing machine is out of order. • Several light fittings are faulty. • A plastic bumper on the toilet seat is broken, making the seat tilted and uncomfortable to sit on. • The basin drainage is blocked, leading to constant pooling of water. • The shower room’s waterproofing has not been maintained, resulting in water leaking out onto the bathroom floor, necessitating the use of a bath mat to block the flow. • Furthermore, the original decorative cover for the shower drain is missing, meaning one steps directly onto a hole while showering. All of these issues combined resulted in a disappointing experience during the stay. The upkeep and maintenance of the apartment's equipment require diligent checks and necessary repairs; otherwise, a truly good property and a pleasant experience are being wasted! I will certainly stay here again, and I sincerely hope that these issues will not recur on my next visit!
