I wholeheartedly recommend this outstandingly excellent hotel! The breakfasts were very generous, with a huge variety of choices. Sara impressed us with her wonderful memory of all our orders - we all agreed she should soon be promoted to the Managerial level. Giacomo efficiently delivered delicious room service & was very attentive & obliging serving our breakfasts.
First of all the service was 10/10 ! Everyone was so kind, helpful, accommodating, responsive - anything you need they help you immediately and fast. I’ve never seen such fast, quality service! The rooms were nice, modern, clean - just what you need as a home base for spending your day exploring. Gym was clean and it was easy to get a solid workout. Location was walking distance from everything - I never had to uber I just walked. FOOD omg - I was surprised how delicious the restaurant was! The staff there was just as kind and amazing as everyone else as well :) Thank you!
I stay at the NH Touring in Milano a couple of times per year for business. I choose this hotel because the location is great and very convenient to centro, to Brera and to the station. The staff are welcoming and kind, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and they have a very nice breakfast and a lovely bar.This time I had a situation arise with my reservation. Though I was not in agreement with how the hotel managed it, in the end, the manager. Maria Elena was quite hospitable and tried to find a solution which I appreciated very much. Thank you Maria Elena for the upgrade and for your communication. I want to commend Maria Elena and and the staff for being so kind and welcoming and helpful. I’d like to mention Marino at the front desk who is always so kind , and who assisted with sending a package for me, and of course I have to mention the wonderful Sherif in the bar….he is so kind, attentive and courteous. He always welcomes us with a smile, and he remembers what my daughter and I prefer to drink. He is the best.! We will always choose this hotel in Milano!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What was supposed to be a two-night stay turned into a full week, and I think that says everything you need to know. As someone who previously worked at The Ritz-Carlton Central Park and studied Hospitality Management at Florida State University, I tend to pay close attention to service, guest experience, and the little details that separate a good hotel from a great one. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The property itself is beautiful, comfortable, and well-located. The standard rooms were well-appointed, the atmosphere was welcoming, and I found myself genuinely looking forward to returning each day. I enjoyed several in-room dining experiences during my stay, and every meal was excellent. I also dined at the restaurant downstairs, which was fantastic. What truly made this stay memorable, however, was the team. Fabio was, without question, my favorite person at the hotel. We genuinely connected, and he made me feel less like a guest and more like I was at home. Hospitality is about creating meaningful experiences, and Fabio understands that better than most people in the industry. His warmth, professionalism, and authenticity left a lasting impression. Sara was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Every interaction with her was a pleasure. Julien at reception was another standout. His British accent, great sense of humor, and relaxed personality always put a smile on my face. He was professional while still making guests feel comfortable and at ease. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mamadu and several other members of the team, all of whom contributed to making the experience special. The bell staff were outstanding, helping with luggage, assisting us to and from the car, providing umbrellas when Milan’s weather turned rainy, and making every transition effortless. Security was excellent as well. Traveling with my girlfriend, I always felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the entire stay. In an industry where many hotels offer beautiful rooms, it’s the people who create loyalty. This team is the reason I extended my stay from two days to a week. They made Milan feel welcoming, personal, and memorable. I look forward to returning and seeing everyone again. Thank you to Fabio, Sara, Julien, Mamadu, and the entire staff for making this one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I’ve had in years.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful, from the lobby to the rooms. We had dinner in the elegant social bistro - Sherif provided us with excellent service. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the menu + flavors! Great food. Location is fairly central, great without being the in the middle of the chaos. It was under a 20 min walk to central station, as well as about 20 min to the Duomo. My only wish is that the rooms were slightly larger, but overall a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend to anyone that visits Milan!
