This Apt, secured through booking.com has it all, great location, near transport networks, great restaurants, peaceful area and super clean. Every detail has been carefully attended to, beautiful pieces of art, and all the necessities that make a stay perfect, like utencils, glasses, coffee and a complimentary bottle of wine! The host (Sergio) is exceptional, met in person, a good communcator that is proud of what he presents. You feel welcome, and he makes some great suggestions on restaurants and the area of the Apt. Then, the value for money proposition is excellent. This Apt is most definitely one of the best, and that is in comparison to many others frequented over the years! Without hesitation, Sergio’s Apt will not disappoint and any guest will not regret it for a second! In short, pleasantly surprised by this gem in beautiful Milan.
Our stay was excellent. Sergio was super friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. The apartment looked just like in the photos, and the location was amazing, close to the center. We would definitely stay there again!
Exceptional in every way I've stayed in dozens of short-term rentals across Europe — this is the one I'll be comparing everything else to. The location is excellent: a safe, well-connected neighborhood surrounded by restaurants and shops, conveniently close to the Malpensa light rail, the business district, and the city's main tourist areas including the Duomo. The building is beautiful and well-maintained, with elevator access and a stunning view from the apartment. The apartment is new, immaculately equipped, and full of personality: · Main bedroom with closet, desk, and cable TV — outstanding bed. Sofa bed made up on arrival, with its own large TV: equally impressive, and better than beds in places twice the price. · Fully equipped kitchen with complementary snacks, coffee, and all-new appliances · Spacious bathroom with a great shower · AC in every room, working washing machine with soap provided · Phone chargers, sleepers, games, maps, books — anything you could need · Excellent WiFi throughout · Spotlessly clean · Beautiful artwork, and clear taste in furniture and decoration — this is an apartment with a distinct personality, not a rental unit. Sergio welcomed us personally on arrival, walked us through everything, and shared local tips that genuinely improved our stay. He was attentive and easy to reach throughout. Then, to our complete surprise, he had left us a bottle of wine. After a long journey, it was the most thoughtful gesture — and the perfect way to settle in. Honestly, I'm already thinking about going back to Milan just to stay here again. I'm truly grateful to Sergio for trusting us with his beautiful apartment and for making us feel so welcomed and happy. A rare host, and a rare place.
We had a fantastic stay at this cozy apartment. The location couldn’t have been betterright in the heart of Milan, with great restaurants, bars, and transport links all within easy walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a relaxed stay, and the space felt both homely and well thought out. Perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout, which made the whole experience even easier. Overall, a great base for a trip to Milan—would definitely recommend and happily stay again!
I found my new home in Milano!!! I have stayed at the apartment during the very busy days of Milano Fashion Week, from Feb 23 Feb 28. First of all, the Location: simply amazing, located at the gateway of the very cool and popular Brera district, the location of the flat has a Taxi stand just across the street and the Subway just 5 min walking distance away. It is surrounded by bars, restaurants and cool shops, and just 20 min walking distance from the main centre of the city. The flat is very cozy, perfect for my needs: it has a nice entrance with a closet, a nice small but efficient living room, with a very convenient sofa bed and a kitchen counter fully furnished with all the essential tools, from microwave to espresso machine. The bedroom is small but comfortable and practical, as the bathroom is. Last but not leats, the very gracious host, that welcomed my arrival by leaving in the apartment a nice bouquet of fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. Furthermore, he was always forthcoming, anticipating my needs and being promptly available to answer swiftly to any request. My experience was wonderful and I look forward to stay there when I will be next in Milano
