Review in English: A very nice hotel with a clean, modern, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always friendly, helpful, and happy to assist with anything we needed. Their attitude really made the stay more enjoyable. The room was comfortable overall, although I personally didn’t connect with the mattress, which felt a bit too soft and sagged more than I would have liked. That’s obviously a matter of personal preference, but it affected my sleep somewhat. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and enjoyable every morning. The only thing I felt was missing was a larger selection of vegetables. Aside from that, everything was well prepared and satisfying. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
The concierge at the front desk, absolutely wonderful. Thank you. As a solo female travel this location was perfect for where I needed to be daily. Not far from gelato (one right across the street), groceries, bread shop, restaurants all around, and a fun place to visit as a traveler. I honestly didn't like the hotel food. That's the one thing they need work on. The accommodations were , easy and the room was extremely quiet. Love it. The outside area to sitting and reading a good book was perfect for me. If you need quiet and beautiful with not too much going on this is the place. The hotel is lovely 😍 safe inside. If you have questions ask me. I will try my best to answer.
We stayed 2 nights in this great hotel. All were very friendly and helpful, room was fantastic, it was very clean and breakfast was great. In walking distance of Navigli and not too far from city center. Quiet neighbourhood and well connected with metro. Would recommend this hotel.
Incredible hotel ! Loved everything about my stay from the welcoming staff to the amazing service. I stayed at the standard suite I had the best sleep in the most comfortable bed !! If you’re looking for a quiet and chill place I think this is the perfect hotel for you.
We stayed at this hotel for almost 2 weeks during the Olympics. We truly had a very good experience at this hotel. The hotel staff is very welcoming and accommodating in any way. The hotel manager is very kind and he truly cares about his guests. The housekeeping does a great job as well. Our room included breakfast which we really enjoyed each day. As we travel to Milan often, we will be happy to come back.
