We had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Milan. The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and in a perfect location. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. What impressed us the most was the excellent service—every staff member was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
An unbelievably good hotel. One of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was great but what was the most memorable was the service. They figured out an early check in at 10 am for us after a red eye. They arranged our rental car, and returned it. We brought our dog who was exceptionally well taken care of as well. She got her down little doggie bed and water bowls. Oh, and one of us left a scarf that had a lot of emotional value at a restaurant. We realized this at the airport. The concierge contacted the restaurant, got the scarf, and mailed it to us. It was unbelievable how above and beyond they went. Jack the concierge was 10/10.
Overall, this was a great experience but I was expecting a tiny bit more from a hotel at this tier and price point. The good: Our room was fairly spacious (the bathroom was huge) and tidy. The concierge was extremely helpful in providing directions and making us a dinner reservation. The servers, doormen, and housekeeping staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The location is absolutely perfect. Less good: There appeared to be facade work on the adjacent building. The scaffolding was covered with an advertisement so we essentially just saw a huge ad out the window. Not a big deal, but just something to note. They allowed us to check in early which was great, but the check in process took much longer than expected. We were told our room would be ready in 15 minutes but it ended up being over an hour.
I stayed here during my trip to Italy and had a wonderful experience. The location, right by the Galleria, was perfect for exploring Milan. The room was chic, sophisticated, and beautifully designed with a refined urban feel, while still being very comfortable and practical. The bathtub was wonderfully large, though maybe because of that, it took a little patience to fill… haha. Breakfast was excellent, even the macarons were elegant and delicious, which really reflected the hotel’s attention to detail. I was impressed by the service and overall experience. A beautiful hotel and a memorable stay. It is certainly a luxury stay, but one I would gladly recommend and happily return to.
Park Hyatt hotels are typically pretty good and the one in Milan is no exception. The hotel’s fantastic location and aesthetic is only surpassed by its fantastic staff. A special thank you to the front desk and concierge teams for making our stay a very positive and seamless experience. Another big thank you to the restaurant and bar staff. They made our mornings and evenings a great way start and end the day. The breakfast was really quite good and served with a sunny and very friendly disposition. By the second morning they remembered our drink preferences. That’s a nice touch. We were on a family holiday with our 8 year old twins. The hotel anticipated our arrival and welcomed the kids with some very nice surprises. The kid-sized bathrobes were a big hit. They thought it couldn’t get better until a very nice young woman from the bar staff surprised the kids with a stuffed toy and small Lego set. This really made their day. Thank you. We very much look forward to another visit to this wonderful property.
