The room was great, facing the courtyard. I was there in mid March and somehow the room is super hot for me already. Air-con isn't working as I assumed the hotel controls the temperature. Pretty safe place as there's security guards 24/7 at lobby and they block off one door so make sure to enter from the main entrance. Overall a good place to stay ( but book early, and not last minute as you can see on of the pictures-crazy rate )
Loved my stay in the hotel. I was on business trip. It was clean and dark in the room at night (very important for me). Air conditioning working quietly and efficiently. Super friendly staff. Security staying in the lobby all the time. Delicious breakfast, variety of choice! Definitely recommend it.
I had a great stay at Ibis Milano Centro. The hotel is well located, the room was comfortable, and everything was clean and well organized. A special thank you to Sergio, who works at the hotel bar. He was incredibly kind and welcoming. We had a fun conversation mixing Italian, Portuguese and Spanish, and he told me how much he likes Brazil, its culture and its people. His friendliness and positive attitude made my evening even more enjoyable. Thank you, Sergio, for your excellent hospitality! I hope to see you again on my next trip to Milan.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a youthful but professional atmosphere, with a modern feel. The reception area makes a great first impression, and our room was spacious and excellent — far better than we had expected. The bathroom was particularly impressive. (Our room was an upgrade from the standard) The bar staff were cheerful and attentive, while the breakfast team worked incredibly hard but still took the time to greet guests and offer assistance whenever needed. The hotel is also very convenient for the historic Line 1 tram, making it easy to explore the city. A great choice for a visit to Milan, and somewhere we would happily stay again.
We had an excellent stay at IBIS MILANO CENTRO. The room was very nice and spacious. Excellent spread at the breakfast venue. Location is perfect to explore Milan. Alyssa at the front desk was AMAZING. She was very prompt with checking us in and also informed us about the public transport strike during our visit which helped us prepare and plan better. Thanks a lot Alyssa. You are a star!
