Friendly and a welcoming staff. Very swift and informative responses to messages before arrival. Helped me with pre-brooking a parking spot but was able to use theirs in the end which they confirmed the day before which was helpful. Double bed apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Great location for the train, metro and tram. Lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful beautiful new boutique hotel in Milano. It's like arriving in an oasis in the middle of a chaotic city. Everything is so serene and peaceful. The apartment is well decorated and fully equipped for a city break. The staffs are amazing, particularly Miss Wiktoria and Ms. Giada that has been assisting me way before my arrival. Keeping me updated on my deliveries and safe keeping it prior to my arrival. The dedication towards maintaining a 5 star experience is equivalent to any large luxury hotel chains around the world. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!
This is such a unique and peaceful spot in a great location for getting in and out of Milan as well as around the city itself. The staff is what makes it really special. We arrived before check in and they welcomed us, kept our luggage and moved it to our room for us, and contacted us as soon as the room was ready. We took advantage of the breakfast (wonderful), the ability to get a coffee and drink from the little bar in the reception area, and getting their help booking a taxi for the airport since our flight was before the airport shuffle from the train station was running. Each request was met with a smile and such a wonderful attitude of customer service! The rooms are apartments and was a great set up for our family of three. The little kitchen area is great and we appreciated their sustainability efforts and the olive oil and other products from their farm location. The location is perfect and it’s honestly a surprise when you go inside the gate and it’s so quiet. You can tell the team really cares about their guests and about making it a special place. Highly recommend!
Wonderful experience we had in h This hotel.. the apartment were excellent, clean and comfortable and spacious.. the staff were wonderful, all of them, smiles, happy to help, good communication. The location of the hotel in the top.. especially for who would discover the milan and it sorunding. Close to the train station and metro..
We absolutely loved staying at this place. It is conveniently located next to the station and yet when you walk into the courtyard there is a wonderful calmness. The rooms are spacious and impeccably designed. Above all the staff are friendly and very helpful. We stayed one night but wished it was longer.
