I spent one night there with my family during pasqua. The location was perfect ,in the fashion district, close to two metro stations around. Receptionists Melisa was nice and kind. There were delicious coffee and coffee machine in the room.
Great hotel and great services. We had a wonderful time in Milan. Our room was beautiful, a mix of vintage and modern decor. It was peaceful place and near Milan center. The reception staff were welcoming. They were very helpful and quick to answer our questions. They give great suggestions for restaurants.
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The rating on Booking does not reflect the real experience. The first room had an unpleasant smell, and the second room was extremely cold due to a broken air conditioner. When heaters were provided, the electrical system could not handle the load, and the lights kept turning off. The receptionist was not helpful, but her colleague in the evening was a lifesaver and did his best to improve our stay. Despite these issues, the hotel has a nice design and a good location.
The place was perfect! Located in the middle of the fashion area, a small boutique hotel that was beautifully designed. We were a bit hesitant after seeing some of the reviews here, but we were pleasantly surprised that the negative feedback were incorrect. The staff were super attentive, and the porter immediately helped us up from the entrance, as it's located in a quiet building, and not like a typical hotel with a big entrance. Would definitely stay again!
