Wonderful staff, perfect location and great apartments. Couldn't fault any aspect of Rocco Forte House. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable from booking trips to ensuring our room was perfect. The apartments are pristine, fitness center has great equipment and technology is first class. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed a lovely stay in the two-bedroom apartment at Rocco Forte House Milano. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer. The apartment style living works well for both couples and families, the hotel is centrally located amongst the posh shops of Milan and the staff (Virginia, particularly) was courteous, quick to respond with excellent recommendations and made certain our stay was memorable.
It seems like not many people know about Rocco Forte House but what a gem it was. We had an amazing time here and I would go so far and say that this is the best value for money luxury accommodation in Milan. The location was unbeatable - everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Despite it being a serviced apartment, it still offered a full range of concierge services. The hard product was amazing - tastefully decorated, spacious and well-equipped apartments with complimentary soft drinks and welcome amenities. They even threw in tickets to the Pinacoteca di Ambrosia for free as well as 200 EUR in hotel credits which we used in the nearby, newly opened The Carlton. Speaking of The Carlton, the breakfast was amazing and everyone treated us no differently than hotel guests. It was truly the best of both worlds - spacious rooms and full 5-star amenities within walking distance. Highly, highly recommended for guests coming to Milan.
We are staying on a regular basis at the magnificent RFH in Milan. A total bless under any declination of confort, design, interiors, food ( breakfast) but the cherry on the cake is without doubts the exquisite, obliged staff. From the director to the help. Everybody is so kind, resourceful and high standard. Bravo Sir Rocco Forte this is a true gem for the city.
We had an amazing stay at this Rocco Forte property. From the pick up at the hotel, the considerate check-in process for the jet-lagged, our bags being taken to our room, and giving us a very early check-in - they really catered to what our family needed after a long flight and some moderately long lines in Milan. The room is absolutely beautiful. The build-out and finishes are high-end and very well thought out. If you appreciate buildings and spaces, you'll find details like a bedroom whose entrance can hide completely seamlessly from the rest of the apartment, incredible use of space, even while the space is lavish. You'll find solid wood and marble throughout. We walked to nearby restaurants to eat. Walking to the Duomo and Sforza Castle was easy. Even with a family with very young children, the walks were a breeze. These are full apartments with everything you need, should you want to cook or even do laundry. Fair warning if you are from the new world, the dryers here take much longer than vented US dryers. Alice at the concierge is a lovely human being with recommendations for anything we needed, from restaurant recommendations or just answering questions an American visiting Italy for the first time might ask. Service is what takes an establishment from good to great, and RFH delivers.
