A very solid and cost-effective hotel with nice rooms in a calm area of city. Our double classic room had a big and comfortable bed, and a nice view to Gerusalemme district. Breakfast was OK, although only type of vegetables were cherry tomatoes. Hotel staff was helpful. We could also use the luggage storage after check out, since our flight left quite late. Gerusalemme M5 metro is right next to the hotel and Domodossola airport train stop is 5-10min walk from the hotel.
We stayed at Hotel Mozart in Milan for a business trip and, overall, had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, the rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and all staff members we interacted with were extremely friendly. Unfortunately, our stay ended on a very disappointing note during check-out. As business travellers, we needed our invoices issued with the correct company details. Due to a misunderstanding, part of our company name was omitted on the invoices. When we politely asked for the invoices to be corrected, the receptionist, Luca, became visibly angry, raised his voice at us, and repeatedly used swear words (“cazzo” this, “cazzo” that) while correcting the invoices. Mistakes happen, and we completely understand that administrative errors can occur. We had no issue with the original mistake and simply requested a correction, which is quite common for business travellers. However, being blamed for the error and subjected to angry and unprofessional behaviour for approximately 15 minutes while the invoices were amended was entirely unacceptable and not what we would expect from a four-star hotel. It is particularly unfortunate because, apart from this incident, our stay was genuinely very enjoyable. We hope management addresses this matter, as the rest of the staff provided excellent service and deserve recognition for it.
A beautiful hotel, very close to Chinatown district, in a very lively neighborhood of Milan. Well decorated rooms, very quiet, good air conditioning, very comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom is nice, quiet spacious, with full amenities and clean towels. Very close to restaurants and public transport services. Very fast and convenient check in and out reception staff very polite. The breakfast is full, with everything expected. Generally, undoubtedly recommended for exploring the city, or for business trips.
Great hotel, the rooms were very nice and clean. Staff is very kind and helpful. We were able to leave our baggage at the hotel until check in time. Location is good, not too central but there is a subway & train station nearby. The only thing that bothered us, was the loudness from the street, even with the windows closed you could hear people talking loudly. If that’s not a problem for you I definitely recommend!
